COMPUTER SAYS NO Really poor customer service & experience. Despite answering security questions, opening my 02 app confirming payment details and also my bank details they couldnt help me with a replacement SIM unless I had my passport or driving licence. I had photo ID TFGM but that wasnt acceptable. I requested they process my request on the phone or online whilst in the store but they couldnt get a response from their call centre. Shocking attitude for a Tech retailer with old school systems and old school couldnt care less response. Got a replacement Sim from Tesco. Better deal and couldnt have been more helpful.
