This is against government advice and also against our human rights. We are entitled to access to the facilities and Washroom in the interest of health and hygiene. I will be naming and shaming your company on social media

        Horrendous customer service. We requested some information regarding quality certificates but were told there was a 50 charge for responding to requests for information?! Absolutely appalled by the emails we have received from senior members of staff.
