        My no fault claim got passed onto these from my insurance in December I've been ringing and emailing no answer on either all I want is an update

        Trying to claim back my exes after non fault accident through them, gives no update at all and constantly having to chase them up, constantly being put on hold upwards of 45 min to get through to someone. Go through other firms like Carpenters if you can help it.
