Staff where helpful keep me informed of the job on the car but there was a bit of miss communication as one of the staff had told us that we where going to take a Nero out as we had previously told them that we where going away and needed a large car but when we arrived to pick up the ceartace car we were told that we would have to take a picanto for the weekend and call back again on Monday to pick up the Nero which would have been very inconvenience but luckily she managed to sort out a xceed your sincerely mr Winstanley
