Booked a repair on 22 Nov 2022 on behalf of my parents who are 70 years old and on a pension. Job was completed on 28th Nov 2022. The motor needed replacing but the total cost for the repair was extortionate (all prices below Inc vat) - Call out charge - 102 1 hour cost to check fault - 74 Motor and fittings - 294 Labour to fit (took approx 1 hour) - 360 Total repair cost- 830 My parents only agreed to pay because it was a safety issue with the shutter broke and stuck half way. This company take all payments up front. If you are considering fitting these shutters take into account the cost of the repair once the warranty has expired. After doing some research SSS Industrial Doors provide the same service for 600 Inc vat. If you want a independent repair company then Whittam Shutter Services quoted me 456 Inc vat and North West Roller Shutters quoted me 350 Inc vat. I requested this company to reduce the amount down to 600 Inc vat and be reasonable with their charges to vulnerable customers but they were only bothered about removing this review because it's bad for business. No consideration of customers that are struggling in the current financial climate.

Really impressed with the level of service. Spoke with Nicola over the phone who arranged an engineer super quick. Engineer gave us a heads up he was on the way and carried out the job professionally. I was most impressed by the report sent over after the job was done, every step the engineer made was listed, gave confidence our money was well spent.

Excellent service all round. Had a roller garage door recently installed. Great customer service and top quality products. Arrived exactly on date and time agreed and work completed efficiently.
