To say that Ben has changed my life would be a massive understatement. I went to Ben with anxiety controlling every aspect of my work and personal life, I wasnt living my life, but trying to get through one minute at a time. Ben worked on each of my triggers and broke them down by using Hypnotherapy and talking. Ben is extremely professional and puts you at ease and every session feels safe. Ben went out of his way to tackle one of my triggers, of getting on a train and it will always be a proud moment we shared and the moment I realised I can do anything! Ben has given me to tools to continue working on myself and adjusted my mindset to do whatever I want to and I know he will always be there if I need to go back Thank you Ben

Highly recommend. I've done more to sort my life out in the last 6 months with Ben than I have over the last 25 years with health professionals. He truly is life changing. I'm now in a position to move on with my life, happy, positive, thankful and free. I owe him everything and I'm so grateful for his understanding, patience and kindness. A wonderful experience

From my initial call and throughout the process, Bens wonderfully calm and understanding manner put me at complete ease. He is highly knowledgeable and has helped me to unpick a lifetime of negative beliefs and anxieties. With his help and guidance I now feel like a completely different person and cannot thank him enough.

Only had one session with Ben today for the first time. He is so lovely and would really recommend to anyone. I struggle with anxiety etc and I already feel more at peace just from speaking with him as he explains everything so well. Cant wait for my next session!

I had a few Hypnotherapy sessions with Ben. He is amazing. I have CFS/ME which causes brain fog and fatigue. He has so much patience and has a very soothing voice which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend him and should the need arise again to have more hypnotherapy I would certainly use Ben's services again. Thank you, Ben.
