Absolutely awful company to deal with. I paid a deposit to secure a site survey and place an order for a Juliet balcony glass. I was told that at the time of paying the deposit, from order to completion would be approx. 6 weeks. I called and emailed to ask when the surveyor will be coming to take measurements, I was always told they have been really busy and someone will call / email me a date and time for the survey. Its been 5 weeks and still no site survey, so I decided to cancel the order and request a refund, which has taken them 2 weeks to refund however they have refunded less 6% of the deposit due to their admin fee. So in total 7 weeks have been wasted by this incompetent company. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company.

Terrible service. The company supplied and fitted a Juliet balcony and I was very satisfied with the product and service I received. However, a few years later I needed to remove the balcony and re-fit to allow some repair work to the sliding doors. I have contacted Sunrock by e-mail and phone on several occassions but despite promises that someone would contact me, no-one ever has.

Shockingly poor service. The company supplied and fitted a glass Juliette balcony, which we were happy with. Subsequently though, we needed help and advice from the company, as we needed to temporarily remove the balcony for some building work. Numerous telephone calls were made, each time someone took my number but no one ever called back. Emails ignored. All I need is some help and advice but they obviously cant be bothered. Very disappointing.
