This company has essentially stolen my money. Only half of my order was ever delivered and Nailed it proceeded to ignore all my calls and emails trying to chase and resolve the matter. They have also ignored subsequent small claims court letters and I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Awful experience and a company that should not be allowed to operate. Service: Custom furniture

We had been looking for a unique concrete outdoor table for a while and contacted a few companies. We came across Nailed it creative online and loved the look of some of their other work, got a good vibe from the guys, and they were happy to make a table at the exact dimensions we were after, along with the legs we wanted. The table arrived after around 6 weeks (which was fully as discussed and expected) and was delivered by two of the guys. The table is absolutely amazing, we love it, totally unique, very well made and with a lovely finish. The bench we ordered to go with it is amazing too. It was great to meet the guys that made it and it was clear how proud they were of their work which was lovely to see. Terrible experience. AVOID using this company under all circumstances. They are not reliable if you are planning any project. Ordered a custom made concrete basin, arrived 1 month late after numerous attempts to chase. The sink arrived damaged as it wasnt wrapped properly. Mounting brackets and wooden trays didnt arrive as promised. Sink is unusable without the brackets. They ignore all the messages and calls. After several attempts to recover my payment, they continue to retain it in full. Service: Custom furniture

I can not recommend Chris and the team more! I initially came across NailedIt via an Instagram ad when i was literally about to place an order with a similar company based in London. With the workshop only being 5 minutes from my workplace, i popped over one lunchtime to see their work in person - i was so impressed with the quality and the price (they quoted me around half of what i'd been quoted by the other company, with delivery to Manchester City Centre included!) I had one point of contact, Chris, throughout, who was really patient with me as i changed my mind about things, super responsive and helpful. Most impressively, i was due to have the table delivered during the first week of April, which of course then became the first week of lockdown! With my flat mid-renovation, i wasn't living comfortably and was dreading having to store my lovely new table in a building site. Luckily, Chris offered to store it in their workshop for me, which he did until they delivered it safely last week - 3 months later and up 17 stories (the thing is HEAVY too!) The guys also do a great job of spraying - the kitchen in the background of the photo was formerly gloss white and the handles chrome, but the units are all now a lovely matte finish. Couldn't be happier with them - thanks again guys! :)
