        Absolutely poor service. They have no idea about bridging loan. After 5 months I was took lender can not lend money. Absolutely disgusting. Lost fortune of money.

        Terrible. The person I spoke to on the phone had no clue about even basic mortgage questions. I had to explain what we needed. Then I was booked in for a second appointment which never happened because they never called. Got in contact with them to ask to call me. They again said they will, and again never did.

        Avoid at all costs. Not great customer service off them (only the complaints team who called me seemed genuine) messed me around and lost a great deal. Cannot call you when you give them your best times. Wish I could rate MINUS 5 STAR
