Is is a scam, is taking the government allowance and forgetting to deduct the cost on the people's bills. A group of people is taking them in court as looks like they are doing this to old people mostly who cannot really check the bills properly..

Very disappointing service. I was told that I could receive a credit refund once I had submitted my meter reading which I did two weeks ago and the amount was confirmed. I emailed them again only to receive an email today informing me that my refund has been rejected with no explanation and to submit another reading.

Worst company ever keep on increasing my direct debit every now and then called to ask them to change my meter to pay as you go because I had an enough but told I can't because they don't have in stock .they try every household even small house to bring them up to 2500 gov cap

I wish I could give 0 stars. 3 days they mess me around with a debt from the previous owner of the house. Every time I call them they tell me something different. I am without gas and I have spend hours on the phone and driving from one convenience store to the other one and asking for cards. Stay away. My wife is pregnant and we live in a house without heating. Just with a electric blanket
