        absolutely appalling service. Takes ages to get through on the the phone and then when they do answer they speak to you like a robot and have very limited knowledge of the industry they are in. They cant get anything right. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

        Made my final bill payment in 2018 and they are still sending me letters for it 2 years later. Everytime you ring they dont give any explanation for the reason why they just say its been sold on to debt collectors. Ring them up and they say we haven't got any information about the outstanding balance. Do not recommend this company
