        Ordered a vanilla Cheesecake!!! Never turned up!! Wasted waiting an hour and half for nothing! Useless

        I would leave 0 stars if this was an option. Food didnt arrive after waiting 2 hours, phone off the hook and voicemail full, suspicious! Do not order from here!

        Set of absolute donkeys. If you've got allergies or dietary requirements I wouldn't expect these lot care.

        ALLERGIC REACTION THEN LIED TO MY FACE!!! My partner ordered the "gone in 60 seconds" cheesecake which has no mention of chocolate (important as she is allergic to chocolate). She started having a mild reaction when she ate it and on inspection there was chocolate powder on it. They denied this on the phone insisting they had checked the cameras and that it was cinnamon powder. So I took it in to them where they admitted it was chocolate powder and agreed to make her a new waffle. However when they gave it to me they said they had checked the cameras again and tried to accuse me of putting chocolate powder on it myself (then why was there no cinnamon powder on it as it at all???) Clearly a mix up - I would have been understanding of a mix up between cinnamon and chocolate powder shakers but to double down and make accusations is shocking. Reporting to FSA.
