        Suzan has an absolute disgusting sense of tone. Had a threatening tone, with full of attitude. Claiming a whole load of lies and making up charges. Such an awful experience speaking to this human. She cut me off when I asked to speak to someone who has no attitude. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with this human!

        Its a scam. They ask you to call to agree a plan and when you do the line goes dead.

        Disgusting employee by the name of Mr. Muggeridge, harassing me in front of my 3 year old daughter with cursed language over a small 60 parking ticket, which I wasnt aware about. The issue was quickly resolved without the need of Phoenix Collections. This company needs to be closed down immediately.
