Anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company might want to think again as I purchased a tv from them a year ago and have had nothing but problems with the product and the service I received from the very first day it arrived the tv has never functioned properly And they have tried to tell us how to fix it instead of coming and fixing it them selves we took out insurance for the tv supplied by them and now the 12 months warranty has ran out they told us it's no longer there problem and told us to inform the insurance company which we did but the jeep hanging up the phone before we had a chance to speak with anyone for 12 months we have been trying to remedy this with no joy poor products and poor service we spent nearly a thousand pounds on a tv and insurance and we are left with a tv that turns itself on and of we have to tune it in nearly every week sometimes the volume doesn't come on and alexer comes on when it feels like it that's just a few of the problems and now they won't reply to our calls or emails would not recommend this on line shop
