        I started training here just after the first lockdown and was welcomed in straight away with a very friendly atmosphere. Im still here now and love every session Monday and Thursdays. Paul is a great coach and motivates you straight from the start of every session. If you want to get fit and good at boxing I would highly recommend coming here, Ive not looked back since I started and wish I started here years ago. Get booked in and dont waste anymore time
