        Had a terrible experience yesterday (Sunday) around 5ish at Shell - Horton Cross, was there to get petrol and experienced unwelcoming racism from the middle aged man working the till for literally zero reason, this is simply not acceptable and Ill be taking this further

        I would just like to express my Gratitude to Tony, whilst waiting to be rescued for 4 hours.... he went out of his way to make me feel safe, and let me loiter in the shop to keep warm, and kept an eye out for the taxi to take me home after my car was taken away. He is a credit to you and the Shell Brand. Such a lovely Man, the way he is with Customers is amazing, they love him. Please pass on my thanks to Tony, really appreciated his kindness. Thank you,
