I Hired this company to set up a marquee for my wedding, after 6 months of Carl (the director) telling me he could give us the venue we wanted and us constantly trying to get in contact with the company through phone calls, emails and messages.
he tells us that orbit staging cannot produce what we requested, this information only surfaced because I threatened to cancel as we had no faith that company would produce anything that was requested. This was very lucky as they couldn't after 6 months of planning they tell me 2 weeks before the wedding day!
I would recommend people avoid orbit staging Ltd so that they are not left hanging to dry with a company that doesn't have time for their customers.
The company also refused to give us our deposit back after they told us they couldn't provide what we requested.
I was left shocked when I finally got through to Carl and I was met with confrontation and shouting. Very Very unprofessional
