My father recently passed away and my mum and I approached Ashgood to sell them his 2021 Cayman and 2017 Macan. Ashgood offered a very fair price and flew to Glasgow to collect the cars within a week. Everybody at Ashgood was very professional and communicative throughout the process. Paul and Trudi, who came to collect the cars, were especially great to deal with. Also, after he noticed that a USB stick belonging to my dad had been left in the Cayman, Paul took the time to post it back to us which, especially considering the circumstances, was extremely thoughtful. It was the kind of service that you'd barely expect from a local dealer, let alone one 350 miles away! A real class act.

Such horrible customer service from here today. Ive never in my life felt mistreated due to being a woman until today. They tried to give me over 8k less than market value for my car, wouldnt let me test drive the car I wanted, made me wait for 90 minutes in a freezing cold barn to do a test drive, even though I had an appointment. And then put the price of the Porsche I wanted to buy up on the website by 3k while I was waiting!!!!!!! Totally unacceptable customer service. Treated me horribly. Walked away feeling disgusted and mistreated. Couldnt believe it.

Traded my V10 R8 in for a low mileage 991 Carrera S. The team were fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and I was happy to see that they ensure high quality standards before selling stock. What a stock list too, some absolute machines!! I would have liked 6mths minimum warranty instead of 3mths. But the deal was a good one. The showroom is on a small farm just next to Heathrow. Easy to access off the M25. Ill be a returning customer for sure.
