The owner Tilly was lovely, really helpful and was kindly unpacking our tesco delivery as we arrived as we were a little later than scheduled. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Really well equipped, comfy beds and nice neutral modern decor. Nice patio area to eat or drink outside too. Great view of pen y ghent and walkable to horton if you don't drive you can get the train. Just about 15 min walk to horton in ribblesdale Station. Lots of info in cottage including walking routes. Would definitely stay again.

Wow what a place to stay, the host Tilly is so friendly and have a really good knowledge of the area and the peaks you maybe visiting. The barn itself is such a lovely place to stay and have everything you need, the bedrooms are spacious and classy and they all have information about the surrounding peaks, the bathroom is great and you must try the bath the living room is such a nice place to just chill and relax after a long days hiking. I would look no further than Hawks barn and i know I'll be coming back again one day.

Our stay at Tilly's converted barn was incredible. We had an absolutely amazing time here as a family and loved every minute. The location is perfect for day trips and the surrounding countryside is simply beautiful. The view of Pen-y-ghent from the barn is very impressive to. Tilly is a brilliant host and is close by if you have any questions about a day trip or about the property itself. We cant wait to go back and cannot recommend it highly enough as a place to stay.
