Just got back from a weekend in one of the new lodges. We have stayed before in the bed and breakfast and we cannot recommend this place enough. You look out of the window to stunning views, one of them Pen-y-Ghent. Within walking distance of the Station Inn at the Ribblehead viaduct and on to Whernside so the location is great. The Rooms and lodges are superbly finished with everything you need with the hosts Jill and Steve there to ensure your stay is perfect. Will be going back again..and again.and again.

Another wonderful stay at Ashes Farm! Visiting in winter to walk the peaks has became an annual tradition which this B&B is an integral part of. Some of the best service you can receive from a stay and a delicious breakfast too. Jill never fails to go the extra mile for us and clearly many other who stay here at Ashes. So much passion goes into this place so we consider ourselves very lucky to have found it and we are very excited to be visiting again later next year

What a fantastic weekend away. We booked the holiday cottage and couldnt of been happier. Jill and Steve were exemplary hosts and recommended everything from pub meals, walks, and places to visit. We even had a knock on the door on Saturday night from Jill to let us know there may be a chance to see the Northern lights and took us out to a good spot, but unfortunately the cloud cover didnt clear sufficiently. Already planning another longer visit as the beautiful vistas and walks are too much to take in on 1 weekend.
