I have suffered with back neck and shoulders tension and pain for ages. Regular massages weren't helping but since finding Silvia her sessions have been incredible. I no longer have pain and my shoulders are less tense. My posture has improved and I'm sleeping better. All within a few sessions. I look forward to the sessions each week in her beautiful studio. To me the Thai massage I had, fulfilled what I felt had been missing from others I have tried. From Aromatherapy to Sports there's always something I feel they have lacked. This massage felt like everything was there and was possibly the best I have ever had. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be going back as well as recommending it to all my friends!

I've been practicing yoga with Silviya for a number of months now, and I always leave her classes happy and recharged. The small groups and home studio make for a great atmosphere where you always feel like you are practicing with a group of friends. Silvia is always very attentive and caring, making sure that there are options tailored to everyone's level, whether you are a beginner or a more experienced yogi.
