Attending Kathryns class has helped me immensely with improved flexibility, balance and breathing. Through gentle focussed techniques pain in back and knees has been alleviated and I have been able to relax and sleep better. Kathryn made me feel welcome and apart of the group from the very beginning; she is an extremely knowledgeable teacher who is patient, adaptable and sensitive to individual needs. I would highly recommend.

Kathryn is an extremely experienced instructor. She tailors her classes weekly to match the varying needs of her students and always achieves an accurate balance for both mental and physical wellbeing. I always look forward to her classes and welcome the support of both Kathryn and fellow students. I come away both relaxed and refreshed in equal measure.

I have returned to Horsham yoga after a long break due to Covid and family responsibilities. I was welcomed back with open arms. Kathryn always takes the time to find out any aches, pains and reduced movement we might be experiencing and adapts exercises to fit each individual during class. The class is very gentle and I leave feeling calm and relaxed.

I have been lucky enough to attend Kathryns yoga and qui gong classes for a few years. She is a dedicated, super qualified instructor who I would highly recommend to anyone, beginner or experienced. Kathryns breadth of knowledge allows for an inclusive, adaptive approach, which would suit any age, gender or fitness level.
