I began yoga classes at The Yoga Batch to help increase agility and flexibility, and to act as a complement to my regular weekly runs. Kate's sessions are perfectly targeted at your needs and she is expert at ensuring you get the maximum benefit possible from yoga practice. She offers a calm and friendly environment that is the perfect antidote to the stresses of everyday life. I always leave feeling invigorated and ready to face the day. Thoroughly recommended!

I began coming to Kates Hatha yoga classes over 2 years ago, she is a great teacher, her studio is lovely and I have also found her menopause yoga workshops very helpful. Kate is lovely too

I really enjoy my yoga sessions with Kate at Yoga Batch. They are at a good time 7.30pm and in a warm spacious hall at forest school. The sessions really stretch and strengthen my muscles and as a runner I can already feel the benefits. The sessions also end in a nice relax, which is always welcome after a busy day.

And relax.....! I've just completed the monday am course with Kate at her lovely home yoga space and it's been just what I needed. I love the mix of challenge, relaxation, long stretches and satisfactory ache I get the next day! I've done Kate's Yoga for Runners before and I'm sure what I learnt there kept me injury free during my training. This year I've also attended a Yoga Batch menopause course which, if you're anywhere near my age, I can't recommend enough! Mix of information, yoga and strategies to help me cope with the up and downs of those blinking hormones! Thanks Kate, you're a blessed tonic to this crazy world! XXX

I have been doing yoga with Kate at the Yoga Batch for a few years now . I can honestly say that my week wouldnt be the same without it . The physical and emotional experience of the yoga sessions with Kate are so good that they enhance my day. Each person achieves their potential in the classes and I feel that we all learn something new about ourselves. Kate is insightful and empowering.
