Shame to hear that they will be closing their doors from the end of play on Wednesday 15th June until who knows when :( Amazing vets and I will be sorry to see them close.

Such a shame that Crossways has closed. Donna is such a wonderful vet. She has been so wonderful with our pets. Wishing her success in whatever her new adventure is.

MASSIVE CHANGES AT CROSSWAYS! I have been taking my dogs and other pets to Crossways for 35years. As you may be aware Alan Turnbull sold the practise to Medivet in Jan 2020. Fortunately Donna Havard who many of us clients have known for years caring for our pets decided to stay with the new corporate owners. You will all be aware of how hard Donna and Julia and the staff have worked over the last 2 years during difficult pandemic times. It is therefore very sad news to inform all the clients that Julia has resigned and Donna looks almost certain to follow. The nurses are also leaving. You may ask why? Well the Directors have asked the practise to take a 24% cut with the expectation of delivering the same quality of care that Donna always has. The corporate Medivet is about to become clear to all us customers and change the type of care we have come to expect from Crossways. It's very sad that we are about to lose a great practising vets for corperate profits. Once Donna goes my family friends and I shall be changing the vets as we want the best level of care for our animals with vets we trust.

They were very helpful with my puppy and made her first trip to the vet something not to be afraid of.
