Lisa at Transfur Animals addressed all of our concerns, guiding us through the process and reassuring us that Harvey would be just fine. Any small hiccup was dealt with calmly and swiftly by Lisa on our behalf. Transfur Animals arranged kennels, ensured all the necessary vet checks were undertaken and organised safe passage by air for Harvey.
Thanks to Lisa's stellar support, caring approach and extensive experience, Harvey arrived safe and well in Copenhagen with us.
The communication from Transfur Animals was excellent throughout and the price was very competitive.
In summary, this is a professional outfit that truly care. They are an excellent choice to transport furry family members.

There is no way I could have done this alone!
Very early on, there was a slight document error on the blood test form (not from Transfur), which Lisa picked up on very quickly. This meant we had to repeat the blood test but better that then being turned away at the airport!!
Lisa was always at hand to answer any queries I had and due to a change in circumstances, she was very understanding and beyond helpful when I had to slightly chance my plans and required boarding for my cat before his flight.
Lisa kept me updated on my cat while he was in boarding and on his flights and let me know he was doing ok.
We wouldnt have done this without Lisa/Transfur and her help, advice and sympathy/empathy (to my change of situation) was above and beyond.

The team was very helpful from the beginning and made me feel secure with Frida's travel. Their responses were always quick and clear. They gave me all the instructions and broke down all the costs from the beginning.
The team understands how important our animals are to us, and they really made me feel at ease that it would all be fine. And for that I am very grateful.
Frida arrived very happy!
Would definitely recommend transfuranimals.
