        Absolutely shockingly bad customer service, having a little debt elsewhere I decided to open a debt management plan, which these where added to and informed of, a week after the first payment to the debt management company, global 4 decided to go into my bank and take the whole amount owed... I do t even think I should have been charged anyway....
