        We booked First Choice for a long trip on Christmas Eve with only a couple of hours' notice after some family members changed their plans at the last minute. Not only did they take on the job, accurately estimate the metered price for a quote (which was a very reasonable price) and turn up right on time, but they also popped round a few days later to return a Christmas present that said family members had left in their car!
