Always good for shopping..everything you need..and reasonable prices..great for shopping in Horsham..as long as pay 10.00 in there..parking free for 2.5 hours. Loads of spaces too..friendly staff..and helpful.. with sense of humour too..everyone has to shop..and this makes it nice experience..so not a chore...

Poor customer service , at the tobacco and lottery counter , the assistant tore up my scratch card that showed winning of 5 apparently the machines says nothing there , she did not asked me if want it back as I have paid for it even it did not win anything just tore it up

Always good for shopping..everything you need..and reasonable prices..great for shopping in Horsham..as long as pay 10.00 in there..parking free for 2.5 hours.
