We've been using SigniFlow for a year now. The ability to send and receive agreements and contracts securely, without the risks associated with email is incredibly important. The workflow is easy and intuitive to use and the inclusion of advanced, EiDAS compliant signatures is also a great and important feature. Since signing up to Signiflow, with thanks to Greig Orrell, one of the major processes of my business that of document signing has been transformed. Whether it is contract signing or signatures on NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), the simplicity, speed, legality and security of Signiflow has not only improved the process and made it far more straight forward, but has also allowed me to present a more professional and modern way of signing documents. On Monday I was able to send out an NDA that required 4 signatures from 4 different people at 4 different locations around the country. Signiflow not only enabled this to happen seamlessly, but I could also determine the order in which I wanted people to sign. In addition, recently I was able to ensure a completion of sale took place when the sales contract had to have a lastminute change and the vendor couldnt get to the solicitor to sign the document. I have of course recommended Signiflow to this solicitor. In summary, I would thoroughly recommend Greig Orrell & Signiflow to anyone in business who has documents to sign.
