Our agency has used Breathe for years and highly recommend. Super easy process to log and approve holiday and sickness. I really like the holiday calendar overlay on Google Calendar too - you can easily see when your colleagues are off when booking in meetings. I also use it to log notes from my team's appraisals which is handy to refer back to :)

Terrible Customer Service & Terrible Product - otherwise great We have used BreatheHR for nearly 12 months now, setting up and onboarding was good, but now the customer support is pathetic. You cannot call through to them and when messaging on their website it takes days to get a response. When you do speak to someone they don't actually know what the technical side of the business are working on and claim to be unable to find out when updates and simple fixes might be released. Their staff holiday management is completely unusable, firstly the calculations are flawed when trying to include bank holidays, if you chose not to do this you need to manually add every single bank holiday date for every single member of staff, every year. To top it off, they don't feel this is an issue so aren't planning on fixing it! For us that is 8 bank holidays for 73 staff, so 584 manual holiday inputs when you pay for a system to be able to do basic things like this.

The team are knowledgeable and very quick to provide high quality answers and support to any queries that we have had during the set up process of our Breathe Partnership. They took the team through training and has always kept us up to date on changes and new functionality of the system.
