        I needed a spare car key, made enquiries over the web, Shayne left a voicemail to explain how he could help. I popped in yesterday, to an exceptionally busy shop, to find Shayne and his colleague being super helpful and friendly to all the customers, nothing was too much trouble. Every customer was acknowledged as they multi-tasked. The car key process was explained clearly, I followed the instructions when back at my car. Came back to the shop, didnt have to wait to be served, and the spare key was sorted, it all worked fine. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Shayne is an absolute gem
