I stipulated that no males should deal with mums personal need but you on three different occasions I witnessed males dealing with what I had said no too.
This morning I turned up a little early to find her in bed unwashed coffee all down her front with most of her breakfast.
I have reported this place to social services, I have even recorded conversations with management etc.
Oakhill house is NOT worthy of one star but I had to give one.
They have give a complete disservice to my mum, Im shocked and devastated that I agreed for her stay here after discharge from hospital.
Happily I have found a lovely home for her where I know she will be looked after instead of locked in a room until she gets a visit.
