        Whats going on at Horsham?? Were getting items arrive 6 days after the expected last delivery date. Some not arriving at all. An Amazon parcel sent in august last year arrived begging of march! Get rid of the old guard & get new faces in that want to work for their money.

        Rubbish services RM....website not helpful, phone is impossible. Parcel stuck somewhere over three weeks now. I do hope businesses will start using other delivery providers and make RM collapse!!!
