Texted Richard late on a Friday evening after central heating pump packed up leaving us with no heating or hot water. He was with us by midday on the Saturday and had the pump replaced and everything up and running again within the hour. Highly recommend Richards services and will most certainly be using him again in future.

Responded promptly to my enquiry and fitted me in quickly to replace a kitchen sink. Was polite the whole way through even when the new sink was tricky to install!
