Had our central heating, radiators and boiler replaced and we are delighted with the results. We also had a new shower fitted. The work took 1 week and was completed to a very high standard and for a very reasonable cost. They had to move our furniture & books around but they were very careful and put everything back as they found it. They also removed the old pipework from the loft. This job was phase 1; phase 2 is to convert/replace our bathroom & airing cupboard into 2 shower rooms and we will definitely be using The Plumbing People again for that job. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed how this company is easy to deal with. They scheduled the service visit on my desired time, technicians arrived on time, fully prepared. It was also pleasure to see them working, you can tell they are real professionals. They are wearing masks, shoe covers and clean after the job was completed. I will definitely hire The Plumbing People again.

I 200 spent to be told I can't use the boiler and that they would be back next day with a part. Only to be told next day that they couldn't help me....nothing ...didn't even offer to pass the job on to another engineer/firm. I had a 2 week old baby and a 6 year old and they didn't do a thing. After a morning of calling around engineers I managed to find someone who got my heating on within 5 mins and hot water shortly after. Avoid like the plague if possible!!
