edit: after being contacted by the owners i was told that i was wrong and that i should put my review on the correct clinic because they have not done any surgery since the start of covid what they did not take into account is the fact that i may have had it done before the start of covid and that this may in fact be the correct clinic.

I was very grateful to be offered a free consultation with the doctor before deciding to start the treatment. This was very helpful as I had lots of questions about the process which the doctor answered; including the length of the treatment, how exactly it would work, what other treatments I should or shouldnt continue using at the same time. This appointment really helped me make the decision to start taking the medication.
In addition to receiving useful information during the monthly check-ups, Bill at Botonics has helped me to get answers to additional questions in between appointments which has gone above and beyond my expectations of support during the process. This has really helped me to trust the treatment and get the best results out of it.
I am 6 weeks in to the treatment and have already noticed an improvement in my acne. The side effects have been manageable, particularly because of the help and support from Botonics who have advised me on which products can really help.
I would recommend contacting Botonics Plastic Surgery Group to discuss your options for Roaccutane treatment for acne. They are extremely easy to get in touch with and respond very quickly to emails and calls. The staff are very friendly and I have been really grateful at the possibility of organising appointments during lunchtimes or before work. This has helped me to continue life as normal while taking the medication.
