Ive been with Sarah and the amazing team at Total Therapy for many years now! Whether its been for advice and treatment for a recurring back problem or to do my weekly Pilates Class with the wonderful Viv, you are made to feel like part of, the family here! Sarah and Dom are always looking for new ideas of classes to offer, be it yoga, treatments or exercise theres something here for everyone

I've been participating in a pilates class with Jack for years and it is really good, quite challenging and always with some new exercises thrown in to get all the different bits of us moving. I've had lower back problems for years and the physio sessions I've had have made a huge difference. Thanks!

Sarah is amazing, I feel in safe hands at Total Therapy Studios. They have my best interests at heart and they really want to see me get better movement out of my body. I feel like I am finally getting stronger the right way.
