Nobody ever answers the phone. No apologies from staff in store when making them aware of this problem.

Very difficult to communicate with by phone. Email is hit & miss. Some (but not all) abrupt, unhelpful, rude & unapologetic members of staff. I was spoken to as though their significant error was somehow my fault. Really disappointing.

Get home delivery, It's so easy for me, cuts out a visit to Park Surgery.

Had an appointment today with Irene - would like to thank her - Its been so difficult to get an appointment with my own dr! But managed to speak to Irene about mine and my daughters health concerns / very impressed with the advice she gave very easy to talk to and very professional. Highly recommend this dr Thank you

I just want to stay a massive thanks to tash, manager and his staff for securing my mum her pills when she had to go to my sisters whose husband was dying of cancer. Much much appreciated, thanks so much xx
