Like others say, the opening hours are incorrect. Not good when you need a prescription.

I visited the pharmacy two days in a row at different times (Thursday 2pm, and Friday 5pm) and the pharmacy was closed, saying their hours had changed without updating their times online. As a result I have been unmedicated for two days. This incompetency could kill someone.

Avoid using this pharmacy unless you have a paper prescription and the time to go elsewhere if needed! The NHS website, along with Sainsburys and Lloyds pharmacys websites, state that this branch is open until 9pm every day except Sundays. This is not true. Although other reviews have mentioned inconsistencies in opening times and staffing, there is now a printed notice on the door which states: Customer Notice This pharmacy will be operating the following hours from the 29/12/22 until further notice The hours given are Monday to Saturday 9am-1:30pm/2:30pm-6pm; Sunday 10am-4pm. These are also inaccurate, as there is a second notice stating that they are closed for lunch from 1:30pm-2:45pm! The reason stated on the notice is a long term staff shortage because of sickness, which I can understand must be difficult to manage. However, the fact that these long term changes to opening hours are not anywhere online, including on the Lloyds website, means that patients who urgently need medication out of hours are wasting their time getting to Sainsburys in Horsham and/or unable to get their prescription until the next day if it is sent electronically. My GP sent a much-needed, time-sensitive prescription through recently and reassured me that they were open until 9pm. After my husband went to collect the medication and found the notice, I had to call 111 and get an out of hours prescription sent to Asda in Crawley (the only place we could find still open!). The out of hours GP at 111 was surprised that Lloyds was closed, as his system showed it was open until 9pm. I have contacted both Sainsburys and Lloyds to ask them to correct the opening hours; Sainsburys responded well and suggested I also contact Lloyds, who were very keen to avoid any responsibility.

Constant fluctuations in opening times make this place difficult to rely on.
