Alphega Nories Pharmacy

Called yesterday to ask if they could help get me an urgent script as the system had gone down at my existing pharmacy and I had run out of my existing medication. Really helpful gentlemen said he guaranteed me that I could collect script afternoon today. As I was working, my wife went to collect the script to be met with a non-customer friendly lady who lectured my wife on the fact the pharmacy was busy, had a big delivery and could not give the script (wait to be contacted). Didn't want to know about the guarantee given on the phone the previous day. Absolutely shocking - will follow up with a direct complaint.

Nories has recently moved away from sustainable paper prescription bags to non-stainable plastic ones. We all need less plastic not more. After 20 years going to Nories I'll be getting my prescriptions from an alternative non-polluting pharmacy in future.

Fantastic service. The only pharmacy to have what I needed. Parking onsite but only a few spaces. Nice and friendly and they answer the phone. Thank you Norries!

Use to be good service never answer phone. I have cancer and everytime I get someone to get my prescriptions they constantly say it's not there and I end up having to go and funny it's there and the looks of staff they give you. have to call docs again to get barcode so they can't say it's not there.

First time of having my prescription sent to this pharmacy..wow what a fantastic experience, the staff are soo friendly and very efficient! Now signed up to the text notification service too - thank you - I think this is my new pharmacy!
