        I would highly recommend James to anyone as their PT. James helped me to train and get prepared for a big charity trek that I took part in, spending 4 days climbing the mountains in Romania. We trained once a week on Box Hill in Surrey, gradually building up to the challenging 12 mile route there. I started as someone who never exercised, and had no strength, but the training allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my trek, returning home with no blisters and having been able to climb a mountain higher than Snowdon and Ben Nevis combined! Thank you James
