Cormac has been a tremendous help in my fitness drive. I have a long standing back injury/weakness and Cormac was attentive to that, adapting the exercises session by session as necessary. My daughter and I attended together and Cormac worked hard to devise programmes that stretched each of us. We have both improved greatly, in strength, confidence, weight loss and toning. I have no reservations in recommending Cormac, and I thank him for his encouragement.

Cormac has been training my mum and I since November 2022. He has truly helped us both SO much both in terms of fitness and education. Diet was our downfall as we were so naive to the bad things we were eating - now we meal plan and eat healthily and love feeling good about our food. With workouts we both have different strengths and weaknesses but Cormac managed to navigate these so we could both end up feeling strong. Ive lost 5kg and my mum has lost probably that and more (didnt weigh herself to start). Hes a great trainer and we would fully recommend him to anyone!!!

Started training with Cormac 13 months ago! Until I met him exercising was difficult for me. Now its a new habit that I enjoy! Sessions with him have improved my physical health and mental health. Cannot recommend him and his work enough!

I've been training once a week with Cormac for several months now, and it's definitely the exercise highlight of my week. The sessions are intense but good; Cormac pushes you to challenge yourself and improve. I feel much stronger and fitter, and Cormac has been an important part of that progress. Would HIGHLY recommend, as Cormac is knowledgeable, encouraging, and just generally a great trainer.
