Would not recommend because of one of the orthodontists here, about whom I made an official complaint.

Extremely rude Orthodontist. My son's braces have snapped three times and he was accused of eating sugary snacks and toffees. He has actually lost of lot of weight due to his anxiety about what he eats with the braces and has been very careful. It was extremely unhelpful to be treated in such an accusatory and abrasive manner. We have just left the appointment and already my son said it feels like the braces will snap again. Dreading going back.

Awful attitude from orthodontist. Every appointment I had for my braces the orthodontist was very rough and caused a lot of pain. I was accused of lying about wearing my retainers and spoken to rudely by the orthodontist. I do not recommend going here.

I hate this place I go there for braces and my friend who has gum disease goes I can't get it But she can Now it's just rewend my entire afternoon Thanks alot

Referred to Neo Horsham for complex wisdom tooth extractions as an NHS patient. Every part of the process was as 'painful' as possible, from the rudeness of the receptionist, to the grudging dosage of anaesthetic. Accused of lying about the pain when the anaesthetic administered evidently wasn't enough. Moreover the dentist herself was so rough I can only conclude her previous experience must have been veterinary. Traumatising. Yet people supposedly rave about this practice...
