        Assistant Manager Mr. Ben L. stepped in & assisted me to have Eye test when blow into Eye examination as student had problems also assisted in pricing of new Glasses Distance & Reading. I was also supported by my Outreach Carer as I am a 100% Wheelchair user.

        Stacey and Maria were both lovely, helpful and efficient.I was nervous regarding getting contact lenses and both were so patient.Please could you pass on my praise

        What a terrible experience with my 9 years old daughter. Just come out of an eye test with my daughter in tears. Gave me the hard sell for a special new lens, which we were made to feel we had to take. Not good with children at all. The optician advised my 9 year old daughter that when she gets older her retina could detach if we don't use these new lenses! Why would you say that to a 9 year old? The optician also said that if she was old enough to drive she wouldn't be allowed without glasses! She's 9 years old!!!!!! My daughter is now terrified her vision is no good and doesn't want to go to the options again.
