Barchester - Westlake House Care Home

Lovely staff, beautiful home. We enjoy our veterans drop in sessions there every Thursday and are made most welcome by the staff and residents alike. Particularly Danni the front of house reception whos approach is helpful and friendly. Have to mention Hollie member of staff who is a military veteran herself and is very pro active in assisting the AFVBC a credit to Westlake House. Look forward to maintaining a positive relationship with Audrey the GM who is supportive of all.

I visit Westlake each month to give concerts and adore seeing the residents and staff here. It is clear that the residents have a real sense of community and joy. They always have wonderful stories to tell me about what they have been up to since my last visit and there are some fabulous characters who make is a very special place indeed. Its a joy to visit places that really appreciate the value of great activities, they seem to see how much benefit the residents gleam from really good interactive events!

I visited Westlake House on business a couple of weeks ago and I just had to say what a lovely setting and beautiful home it is. Audrey the home manager was delightful and very knowledgeable. Lots of smiling faces and a clean and bright environment.
