Like others, the elderly woman in the shop is rather rude. I was just happly asking if where were all good when I scanned my card and she snapped back at me being like "wait a minute". I was just standing there like geese, I didn't mean it in a rushing you along manor. She was also on the phone most of the way through my service as well, which I also felt kind of rude. Don't think I'll go there again any time soon. Just to have a follow up, Giving her enough chances, still rude will not be getting my custom ever again.

I am really disappointed with the customer service from this well known establishment. Every time the manager Jane is rude, and disrespectful. Dealing with her is very stressful, and not smooth sailing in the slightest. Please be kinder and more professional when dealing with customers!

I was served by a strange, extremely rude decrepid gremlin. 0 stars for customer service.

The lady is always rude, pretending that she doesnt understand what Im saying (because of the accent), plus the website saying they open at 7 am at the door you can see 6 am but when you come at 8 sometimes they still not open. Ive seen the lady and the young boy inside so Ive knocked the door to ask what time they open, both of them looked me and then said something to each other and the boy started laughing. After that they ignored me. What is wrong with that people, at the end of the day I was going to spend my money in their place so how about showing some respect to the customer?
