Absolutely awful, would highly not recommend. Ive been getting my acrylic nails done for years and this has got to be the worst experience Ive had. I went here as a last minute option and regret every second. I am a severe nail biter due to anxiety and am self conscious of them as it is. When I sat down he said something in his native tongue to his colleague and showed her my nails and huffed. I have never had an issue with this in the past. I was waiting an hour just to be seen when not even busy. Staff didnt seem to know which way was up. The man who did my nails was so rough and rushed my set. When filing my acrylics down with a hand file I was in so much pain, I was digging my feet into the ground and sweating as he was being so harsh. I originally asked for a chrome coloured french tip, which he then laughed in my face. I then opted for a normal pink coloured polish and this was okay, after trying to explain that I didnt want a white tip. Some of my nails are wonky, the french tip is not even and the acrylic bends downwards. Theyre so bad and I needed them done for an important occasion and am so upset. NEVER AGAIN. Not worth the 1 star or the money I paid. Service: Acrylic nails
