        Visited this van this morning - pork belly was absolutely amazing!! In all honesty Ive never had bao buns before as I thought they were tough rubbery things (Im sorry!!) but these ones were the complete opposite, add to that the lightly spiced, flavourful caramel drizzle and the pickle garnish, the whole was pretty perfect! Unfortunately Im only down here working for a few days but if I lived here Id probably be visiting this guy every weekend.

        So today in horsham i ordered a pulled pork bun from him. Guy after me ordered a same food seem to be they friends because they had a nice small talk. So obviously he got it first then me and when i asked where is mine it wasn't even start cooking. He laughed about it. So i left. So amateur and disorganised place. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THERE.
