It has been three years since Paul renovated our cloakroom and ensuite bathroom. We could not fault the service we received from Paul and the team; they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and the overall quality of the work was superb. After all this time and lots of use by the whole family, the rooms still look great. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul, Elliott and the team to anyone.

We recently had our en-suite bathroom totally refurbished by Opus Bathrooms and we are delighted with the end result. Paul listened to our ideas, made suggestions of his own and produced a high end, luxurious refit that looks both modern and sleek. The project was handled professionally, caused minimum disruption and ran to the agreed timescale. I would highly recommend Opus to anyone looking for a top quality new bathroom.

Paul and his team have undertaken three major products for us within the last year. These were a complete refit of the bathroom, the installation of an unvented hot water system and, most recently, a total refit of the ensuite shower room. Right from the start Paul was very clear about options and costs and, once the design was prepared and the quotation accepted, these costs remained unchanged except where we had jointly agreed a variation. The planning of the work was always impeccable. Paul project managed all 3 jobs, sourced the materials and his team always started on the planned dates, even though they were well into the future, and always finished on time. During the projects Paul kept us informed on what would be happening on each day, who would be on site and start times, usually about 8am. There were minimal disruptions to services and we were always advised when the water would be turned off etc. The attention to detail, the workmanship and the pride in their work were outstanding. We are thoroughly pleased with the results from all our projects. Paul and his team were always a pleasure to have around and nothing was ever too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul, Elliott and the team. Paul has carried out a full range of plumbing & heating works at our house, starting with being part of the builders team that extended our house in 2016, at which time he also fitted out the family bathroom & cloakroom. Having joined with Elliott, as Opus, they recently removed our cold water tank and changed our water system over to high pressure, together with fitting a new boiler, with hot water storage in the attic, Nest controller and a refresh of our ensuite. As we were having a larger shower enclosure and a different shower fitting, the ensuite required a fair amount of cutting out tiles & piecing in with a limited number of spares, which Elliott managed brilliantly, whilst also dealing with a badly water damaged stud wall. It is evident that Paul & Elliott are highly talented & client focused and we have complete trust in their advice & exceptional standards of workmanship, coupled with realistic pricing and response times. All works are well planned & efficient and the workspace kept clean & tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending Opus for any scope of plumbing, heating or complete bathroom fit out work.
