Taylor Rose MW Horsham

After reading so many positive reviews we though we would be in good hands however this couldn't be further from the truth. The team is taking absolutely ages with a buy to let property, keep on asking for the same documents over and over again due to errors not spotted by the team on the first place, and let's not even mention we have instructed the team on 04/11/2022 and I keep on hearing they are working on it even though nothing is happening, we are now on 20/01/2023! 3 Months later, and no where near close to completion ... As property investors we have all documents in place and are very responsive, we call every week for updates and are very attentive however I can't say the same about this company. Needless to say this will be the first and last time. If you are a property investor, steer away from this company, as we almost lost this property from the seller due to the time it's taking for Taylor Rose to sort through legals.

My experience of Taylor Rose MW Horsham and in particular Yvonne Bourne, has been exemplary. All communications were courteous and professional without being remote or unfriendly and responses to questions prompt. Information supplied was only requested once and the house buying process proceeded with the minimum of stress. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Conveyancing service to friends and family.
